My name is Angela Sadler and I am running for Navajo county Treasurer. I am originally from Chicago. I relocated to Phoenix in 2000, and then moved to Taylor/Snowflake in 2014. My family and I moved to Snowflake to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I live with my husband of 12 years and 5 of our 10 children. I am a former corrections officer. I have 25 years experience in theadministrative field to include accounting, secretarial, sales, management and customer service.
I have often been asked by people, "Why do you want to run for Treasurer?" My response is that it has been brought to my attention, that things at the Treasurer's office, may not be ran correctly, and the potential for dishonesty may exist. Honesty, and Integrity are very important characteristics not only to me, but essential for the treasurers office. For those who know me, I am a "buy the book" person, and always follow the laws. I care about my country and community, and I want the very best for both! I am concerned about where our tax dollars are going, where and what they are being spent on , is a major issue with me. Our county is in financial despair and in need of serious oversight. Making sure our county tax dollars are accurately dispersed and safeguarded will be at a high priority.
In 2016 I was part of the Trump campaign, a former secretary for the Navajo County Republican Committee. I also hold an elected position as a precinct committeemen in Snowflake. I have a history of helping conservative candidates with their campaigns and volunteering in the community. Walt and Kristie Blackman, have inspired me to run as well. They have been so supportive, and always willing to help me in my journey. If you vote for me, you can without a doubt, trust me and know that I will do the best job I can, and support this County, and make things better financially. I am professional, have the experience, very efficient, and detailed. I work for you!! I am a strong conservative and believe in our Constitution.
